Na Instagrame má tisícky sledovateľov. Snaží sa motivovať ženy, aby sa nezanedbávali a starali sa o svoje telo. Jej manžel vraj na nápadníkov nežiarli a je rád, že ma takú fit manželku. On sám sa venuje športu a pravidelne cvičí.

Keď sa jej niekto spýta, koľko má rokov, hrdo odpovie a vychutnáva si prekvapený výraz v ich tvári. Vie, že jej telo je odrazom niekoho, kto na ňom naozaj pracuje. Všetkým ženám odkazuje: Určite nehladujte. Vaše telo potrebuje zdravé jedlo a bielkoviny, aby mohlo tvoriť svaly.

Hey Ladies in your 40’s and 50’s and beyond.
